This year the priority booking period for friends is between Monday July 1 to Monday July 15. During this time, you will only be able to book tickets if you have a Friend’s membership log-in to the website. After July 15, access to tickets will be open and available to everyone.

To book tickets you can visit the program, and follow the prompts to log in.

Please note that as we are a small organisation, we have limited resources to facilitate phone bookings. Please try to book online via our website wherever possible.

A single Friends membership entitles you to one priority ticket per concert and a couple’s membership to two tickets. Please note that you must pay the membership subscription as a separate transaction, before you can buy priority tickets. You may make group bookings during the priority period, provided all members of your group are eligible Friends of the Festival.

Some concerts book out early, especially in smaller venues. If a concert is sold out ahead of your order and you would like to add your name to the waiting list, please contact us via email: tickets@portfairyspringfest.com.au

Please note that concession prices are available to holders of government pension cards such as Aged, Disability, Carer, Newstart, TPI and Supporting Parent. Seniors cards, Health Care cards or Veterans gold or white treatment cards do not qualify for concession tickets.

We do not add a booking fee to ticket orders. There is also no charge for processing your credit card payment.

You will receive your tickets by email. You can email us if you need the tickets held for collection at the Festival Box Office.

Please note the following regarding Refunds:

We will provide a full refund for unwanted tickets returned and received no later than 48 hours prior to the scheduled concert. No refunds will be issued for tickets returned less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled concert. If we have to cancel or reschedule a concert, we will fully refund the cost of tickets or replace your tickets with tickets to the new concert, whichever you prefer.
